Network Communication System is local area network (LAN) communication utility. NCS is a user-friendly application for real-time chatting and quick messaging in small or home office (SO/HO) local networks. Network Communication System does not require an internet connection or a dedicated server. It operates using TCP/IP, IPX, NetBEUI network protocols. Communication is based on the ¡®chat-rooms¡¯, however you can also chat person-to-person in ¡®private room¡¯ and even create secure or non-secure public channels. Network Communication System has powerful filtering and online alerting system while requiring small amount of system and disk resources. The general feature of Network Communication System is sending messages to off-line users without using a dedicated server!
