Broke in less than an hour
The problem with this chair is that the back is entirely supported by the plastic arm rests. I leaned back in this chair and tried to stretch my back out a little (it is a comfortable chair) in the same manner I have done a thousand times in my old chair. The right arm rest snapped on me. Now the chair is useless.

It was very comfortable and fairly easy to assmemble as the other entires suggest. It looked decent too. I used one of the wheels to fix my old chair so now I am back in business, but I paid an aweful lot of money for a wheel.

I really don't think this chair should have broken like that. I am 250 lbs so when I lean back that is a lot of weight, but my other office chair didn't seem to mind me and both my 6 and 3 year olds leaning back in it for over a year. And we did that every single day.

If you need a durable chair, stear clear of this one. If you are easy on furiniture then this might be a good buy.

Wonderful Buy!
I have had my new concord chair for a week now. It arrived in five days and was very easy to put together. It is very comfortable and provides perfect support for my problem back. About the only problem with the chair is that we all seem to spend much longer on the computer than we did when we were in the old chair.

good price, great features
I'd say that this is the best executive office chair on Amazon. It is a little more expensive than the other bestselling exec chairs, but it appears to have extra padding at the upper back, neck, and head area. Also, the arm rests are superb. I would highly recommend this product.

Simple and comfortable
I was looking for a chair with a roomy seat (I'm a big guy, 280 lbs) and adjustable height and tilt. The chair was as advertised. It was simple to assemble and it is nice and comfortable. I recommend it to others.

Great Chair
Though it is a bit more expensive than others,
I bought this because its shipping cost was cheaper,
so total was almost the same.
I totally satisfied with this chair.
It has great leather and the assembly was not that hard.
Anyway I recommend it to others.
