Customer Reviews:
Why did I ever buy this game? Okay, I am admittedly a mom who is as far from a computer geek as a person can be. Nonetheless, I have purchased dozens of PC games for my kids over the years and I have NEVER run up against a game that will require me to purchase and install a new video card. I bought this game because my boys love Legos and Star Wars. So now, if I don't want to disappoint my kids (who have already unwrapped the package) the cost of this KIDS game goes up at least $70 from the purchase price. And my boys were so excited about playing this game and I am now in the unenviable position of deciding whether or not to ante up the cash to get it to work. Terribly frustrating and disappointing. --2006-12-17Incredible Star Wars Game! This is one of the best games I've played! I bought this product and it's just like the original trilogy movies! Collecting the gold bricks is the object, and red bricks help you win. It is harder than Lego Star Wars 1, but it has way more features: episode bonuses, bounty hunter missions, and you can build objects with the force AND your player's hands! The driving levels are different, though the regular levels are excatly like the first game. There are 18 levels and great graphics. There are realistic noises and the players do special actions when you press different buttons. The Mos Eisley Cantina is the home place. It is full of secrets! The controls are easy. I recommend this for ages 8-whatever! --2006-12-11Absolutely addicting for all ages I can't say enough great things about this game - it has my 4 year old son and me completely addicted. We promptly went out and bought another game controller so I could play with him, then we bought another copy of the game and two more controllers because we got tired of carting it back & forth to his grandparents house and forgetting it there! --2006-12-07Love it! My husband and my son are addicted to this game! They liked the first one but the graphics and the difficulty level on this are much better! The characters are wonderful and the level of violence (especially for a technologically advanced 6 year old) is right where it should be. I would much rather see him crumble into lego parts than die a bloody on screen death. My husband ( an avid video game-a-holic) loves this game as well. The lack of "real" violence has not turned him off at all. I only wish that all games could be this realistic yet this tame when it comes to violent images. We HIGHLY recommend this!.... For ALL ages! After all, who doesn't love LEGO's? --2006-11-16Fun for the Entire Family This is a very good game, my son and I both enjoy the game play. the story line follows the movies with a nice comic twist. The ability for both my son and myself to be able to play at the same time is wonderful. --2006-11-09
