I love this chair, we ordered it in ivory at the store and it was ready to pick up 17 days later! The one at the store does no justice, they are all beat up and dirty. It works wonderfully and is so soft and comfortable, I cant wait to rock my baby! I would reccomend this chair and ottoman highly!

My mother-in-law said she would buy me a rocker and ottoman for my baby shower gift. I originally picked one out from JCPenny's prior to this model from Babies R Us was available. After waiting FOREVER (over 2 months) for the one from JCPenny it was damaged. DO NOT ever buy from JCPenny cataloge....my mother-in-law still has not been credited for that rocker and ottoman. This has been going on for over 4 months! That set was picked up within a few days of delivery and they are claiming they do not know where it is. They even tried to re-send her a second set and charged her credit card the second time without her approval!!! She is finally having to hire a lawyer!!

<br />I went back to Babies R Us to pick out a new rocker and ottoman and found this WONDERFUL set in Ivory. The minute you sit in it you will never want to get up!! It only tood a week to get it in!! Great Customer service!! My daughter loves to be rocked in it. It is SO comfortable especially for those night time feedings. You are even able to dose off in it as well!!! I would pick this set another hundred times!! I love that it rocks AND swivels. Definately get the ottoman....you will need to put your feet up! And it helps with the swelling! :) Even if you don't have a lot of room...it doesn't take up that much space!

when I first went to register for baby items I saw the upholstered rockers & fell in love with them.They were so comfortable and had dual features of gliding & swiveling. Unfortunately, my mother talked me out of registering for one because she felt it was an expensive piece that would have limited time used in the nursery.I inherited a wooden rocker from a relative thinking I would save money & serve the purpose.WRONG,WRONG,WRONG!!!! First of all,when nursing a newborn you spend many hours in a seated upright position. Then, when my baby fussed I would spend hours rocking her to sleep. The wooden rocker became so uncomfortable that I would take her into the living room in the middle of the night to nurse so I wouldn't wake my husband. Doing this at 2,3 or 4 o'clock am in the winter is NOT fun!! When my husband & I went back to the store this model was available. I had to have it!!! We purchased it & put it in our daughter's nursery. It is so soft & cozy that I spend most of my time with her in this chair or I read magazines & doze while she naps. Another great feature is that you can wear the nursing pillow comfortably around your waist while sittng in this chair. I definately recommend this little piece of heaven to every new mom because when your happy-baby is happy & that makes EVERYONE in your home happy!!!!!

I have this glider and ottoman in the ivory chenille. Originally, I considered getting a cherry rocker to match the cherry wood nursery, but found it was too erect and uncomfortable. I eye-balled this set as I walked into the department and immediately fell in love! The cushions are so soft and cushy! I have to admit that I was a little skeptical at first of staining the pretty material, but just went to Wal-Mart instead and bought some waterproofing spray. The baby isn't here yet, so I don't know how stains will hold up, but I've spent many hours already rocking and reading to him in it. The only thing I found wrong is that I was hoping I could take cat naps in it, but I can't seem to get quite comfortable enough for that. Otherwise, I think that just for rocking and relaxing, it's definitely good for that.

I liked the style of this chair, however the fabric looks and feels cheap. It does not have the appearance of real chenille. The pink was too pale for me. This rocker was comfortable, however mine leaned to one side when rocking and did not swivel smoothly. Upon arrival the skirt was unsewn from the seam in the front of the chair, part of the fabric around the arm was unsewn and there was dirt on the front of the chair. I have found a much better pink chenille rocker at Target.com (pink chenille dream time rocker... check it out first...) I am currently having issues trying to get this one sent back. What a disappointment. :-(
