The potatoes in this bread makes this particularly moist with just a touch of sourdough-like flavor. In addition to the potatoes, it is enriched with plenty of milk, and eggs to give the bread a full, rich texture and taste. This is a great white bread. Each package contains four mixes. Each mix makes a 1 1/2 pound-size loaf. (Butter or margarine is not included) This bread keeps particularly well. Flour products dry out and become stale.
