Living in a desert area, I rely on this stuff, not just for hands, feet, elbows, and knees, but for dry skin all over. Working Hands feels odd when you use it, not like a lotion or oil-based hand cream at all. It leaves your skin feeling more damp really. It's full of glycerine and so pulls moisture out of the air and into your skin. Unscented and you only use a small amount. The 4 oz jar lasts 2 of us a full year. Highly recommended.
