This is a really animated tea, in my opinion. It's like drinking a sweet, kiddie show; like a cartoon, if you will. Very gingerbread-y, as described. If you don't like your tea too sweet, I would not make this for you, as it can be slightly overwhelming with sugar, so don't add too much. Personally, I will try any tea once, and I have sipped this more than once during the holidays and other times too (I keep it in the freezer). At first, you may not even like it, but once you've had it, it might just draw you back, like sushi.
