The Sport-Pak is sleek not bulky. Fits against your body like a glove. Wont bounce around when you run or walk. Fanny packs are for tourists and won't work for the pump. Our Sport-pak is just for pumpers. Wear it on the outside for exercise or underneath your shirt against the body. One size fits all sizes because of the easy trim neoprene straps.
