I have had nothing but problems with this company. I was missing bolts for an item. I contacted the company but it took me a month to get back to me. They then told me that I need to pay 10 dollars because the parts were not under warranty. Took care of that, but still waiting on bolts. Order the piece in December, it is now April and still not able to assemble.

We just purchased this crib and armoire rom Walmart.com for our 21 month old, since we are due to have another baby soon. Most websites, INCLUDING STORKCRAFT, ADVERTISE A "WING FEATURE" THAT HELPS CONVERT THIS TO A TODDLER/DAY BED. IT IS NOT INCLUDED WITH (OR PART OF) THE CRIB. Since only 8 of 10 sites advertised this, I checked directly with Storkcraft's site where they state that ALL OF THEIR CRIBS CAN BE CONVERTED TO TODDLER BEDS with this feature, and that if the retailer does not include it, then one can be ordered. Walmart.com said I could ship the item back myself (great with all of the pieces out of an opened box which is VERY LARGE and weighs a ton) AND REPAY TO SHIP IT BACK or take it to my nearest walmart. and STILL NOT BE REFUNDED THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING (basically either out $120(original plus return or $60-return in shipping.) Storkcraft basically refused to do anything to rectify the situation, telling me it was up to Walmart.com, even though their website also has the same "incorrect" info. The woman I spoke with said that I could not even order a wing for the Deborah. She also mentioned that the Ariel model doesn't turn into a toddler bed either-walmart advertises it as coming with conversion rails. I'm now stuck with beautiful, sturdy, easy to assemble crib that my son will no longer be able to use once potty training begins over the next year. One other quick note-I wouldn't recommend this crib to anyone with a climber-the gap in the front railing is just low enough for a little foot to reach into. Fortunatly my guy isn't a big risk taker, so it hasn't been an issue-yet ;)

<br />The armoire did come with one split side-I actually saw the UPS guy throw it on my porch- and it came from a different warehouse than the crib. Also, the drawers are very shallow-1/2 of the size of the front of the drawer. It was easy to assemble as well.

ORDER FROM BURLINGTON COAT FACTORY - BABY DEPOT- THEY HAVE FREE SHIPPING!!!!! My husband and I ordered this crib, the changing table with hutch, and the 5 drawer dresser in cherry. They said it could take 90 days, so we ordered it months in advanced. It came in about 60 days. When we got it home, all the boxes were in good shape and packed really good, so there were no broken or messed up pieces. We had no problem at all putting the furniture together. (The directions were not that great, but it is not hard to figure it out). The furniture is great quality and looks like we paid a lot of money for it. The crib is beautiful and is very very sturdy. All the pieces go perfect with each other. I would definitley recommend these pieces to anybody and I would order from this company again. I don't know why so many people have negative comments, but I would ignore them, and buy these products, if it is want you really want for your baby!!!!

My husband and I purchased this crib last year before my daughter was born. We spend months looking for a crib and finally decided to purchase this one. We got it off of Wal-mart for they had the most reasonable shipping prices and had it in stock. We got the crib about a week and a half later delivered right to our front door and the box looked like it had been through a war! I was so upset for I was due to have my daughter very soon at the time and did not know how long it would take to fix this problem. The assembly wasn't too bad and there were a few pieces that weren't in good shape so I called storkcraft and they immedialty send me out the replacement pieces and even told me to keep the ones that were damaged (they were just scuffed so I have a back up if anything ever happens to the others). This crib is well made, very sturdy, very classy looking (everyone loves it the minute they see it!) and my daughter won't sleep in anything else. I would say that this crib was worth every penny spent plus more for you can't put a price on something that makes you feel safe with your children.

Just to let everyone know, it's not Amazon, it's Storkcraft. They are based in Canada and have VERY POOR customer service. I have their entire Beatrice line and ended up getting half at Amazon and half at Walmart.com. It's impossible to get in touch with them and they NEVER get back to you. Their cribs are nice and not that expensive, but DO NOT try to put a mobile on them, as mine is now completely scratched (and it's convertible, so the future headboard is ruined). Do yourself a favor and order from a different manufacturer.
