Winx Club - Alfea College Playset
2005-11-02
This is a small, pink castle. It has nine rooms and a "magic" door. It comes with six Winx Club dolls of Bloom, Stella, Flora, Musa, Tecna, and Icy.
The Bloom doll has red hair. She is wearing a blue t-shirt and pants.
The Stella doll has blond hair. She is wearing a green shirt and an orange skirt.
The Flora doll has light red hair. She is wearing a green shirt and a pink skirt.
The Musa doll has blue hair. It is in short pigtails. She is wearing a red shirt and blue jeans.
The Tecna doll has purple-pink hair. She a purple and green shirt and purple capris.
The Icy doll has white hair in a ponytail. She is wearing a blue shirt and skirt.
The playset also comes with a tiny Kiko doll (Bloom's rabbit), two books, a table, a plant, a chair, a jewelry box, a guitar, and something else. I can't tell what it is.
There is a "magic" door in the middle. When you put a doll inside and close the door when you open it again the doll is gone. You can push it again to get her back. Or you can put one of these dolls in one side and one of the fairy ones (sold seperatley) in the other side so she can transform.
Several parts of the castle also play music.
My only complaints are that the Icy doll gets stuck in the magic door and that this doesn't resemble the girls' rooms on TV. They each have a seperate room in this set, except for Icy, who doesn't go to Alfea. On TV Bloom and Flora share a room and Musa and Tecna share a room. The only one that is right in this castle is Stella's room. She doesn't have to share a room and hers is bigger than the others in this set.
P.S. Someone asked how tall the dolls are. They are almost exactly three inches tall, except Icy's hair makes her a little taller.
Can someone who owns this help me, please?

I've been trying to find out how tall the Winx in this playset dolls are, but I cannot find the answer anywhere.
Can someone who owns this set please post in your review how tall the little dolls are, please? If they are the right size, I think I'd like to get this playset... but if they are too tiny (less than 3 inches), then the playset would be too small for the little dolls I have (I'd like this for either Mini Bratz, or if it's bigger, for Topper Dawn Dolls). It looks really cute, even if it's not durable for a small child. I'm an adult collector (yes, I play with my dolls :P~~~), so I think I'll have less problems with pieces falling apart ;)
Thanks so much! >^..^<
poor quality

I bought the playset in early Sept. 2005. My 2 girls love to play with it, but I am snapping the arms back into place constantly. I am very disappointed with the quality. It is also a choking hazard for youngsters!
COOL TOY FOR A WINX FAN

Fun toy, but arms fall off
2005-09-28
I bought this for my daughter's 5th birthday. Everyone loved it! Including my 11 year old son, and 9yr. and 3yr old daughters. The arms fell off right away. My daughter got sick of putting them back on so now she just stores them in the top spire compartment and just pretends they have arms. She asked if we could take them back and have their arms fixed. She calls it her winx club doll house. It comes with lots of cute accessories (the blue bunny is the favorite)Also the rotating secret door is fun. I like the fact that all the dolls have their own bedroom. It all folds up and is pretty compact. Even though my daughter loves it,I don't know if I would buy it again, at least not for 20 bucks. Maybe $10 or $15. I think I'd buy a polly pocket set or sweet streets set instead. Actually, if they'd just fix the arms it would be a great toy for winx club fans.
