For deep-sky observing, you can't beat our Lanthanum Superwide series with their 65-degree apparent field of view and undistorted flat fields. These state-of-the-art, eight-element eyepieces feature multi-coated lenses and ample 20mm eye relief, enough for eyeglass wearers to take in the entire field of view. One lens element is made from rare-earth Lanthanum, to eliminate visual aberrations and increase image sharpness. Other features include rubber grip ring, internal filter threads, and soft rubber eyeguards. Each fits both 1.25" and 2" focusers or diagonals. Made in Japan.
