  • Robs past, present & future CD 2005-11-10 This CD chronicles the years 1992-2002 of good ol` Rob Zombie`s illustrious musical journey.Even though his previous releases before La Sexorcisto, such as Gods on Voodoo Moon, and such singles as Disaster Blaster and Murderworld, which weren`t major label releases such as La Sexorcisto,Astro-Creep and American Made.(all 3 of which White Zombie released). The past, present & future CD of Rob gets anyone who isn`t already informed of his musical career up to speed, for the most part. It gives a great idea of the angle White Zombie took with the music and how it differs from Rob`s solo stuff. Also included is a duet with Alice Cooper,Rob`s childhood idol. Other songs featuring guest appearances are Black Sunshine( feat. Iggy Pop) Great American Nightmare ( feat. Howerd Stern) and Brickhouse 2000( feat. Trina and Lil Richard). Included in the DVD is a few videos never before seen, directed by Rob himself. Great CD/DVD done by the Zombie himself!!
A Great Collection of Zombie's Hits 2005-10-22 Before I purchased this set I was wondering what more could I possibly get with this set I mean Rob Zombie's only put out two solo albums. Well I was really surprised at how much you get with this cd/dvd set. 19 songs are on this disc, 6 from White Zombie, 3 from Hellbilly Deluxe, and 3 from the Sinister Urge. That's only 12 songs from Rob's major albums so you might wonder where the other 7 come from. Black Sunshine featuring Iggy Pop was redone from La Sexorcisto, Two Lane Blacktop and Girl on Fire are new tracks, and Brickhouse 2003 was recorded with Lionel Richie and Trina. Rob Zombie also put on his cover version of The Ramones's Blitzkrieg Bop and also included is his version of Pussy Liquor. Also on the record are Hands of Death with Alice Cooper and The Great American Nightmare with Howard Stern. Great Collection spawning Zombie's entire career.

Even if you have all the Zombie albums this set really completes your collection and a must have for any metal fan.
Rob Zombie is an icon. 2005-09-18 I am such a huge fan of almost everything Rob Zombie does. He is an outstanding and creative artist and "Past, Present, and Future" does not dissapoint. The best word I can use to describe this album is "addictive", even the odd tracks like the remake of Brickhouse that features none other than Lionel Richie. The album is just like a fun carnival ride from beginning to end. If you are a Zombie fan pick this one up. This is the best of the best and a guilty pleasure to be sure.
Now THIS is a real 'Best of' CD..... 2005-09-08 I can't believe I hadn't known about this CD earlier. ALL OF ROB'S HITS ARE HERE! Even hits from the White Zombie era. Wow. If you like hardcore songs that pump you up or put you in that rebellious state of mind, pick up this CD. And throw away your new Slipknot album.
Rob Zombie has got to be one of the coolest people ever. 2005-09-05 Ok, this is really the only Rob Zombie album you would ever need. Although the album title doesn't really say, this is his greatest hits. This is what you MUST buy. All of his good, well known music is on here. If you think "Dragula" is the best song ever, just wait untill you listen to some of the other stuff! It's hard rock, but he really puts detail into each song, unlike most hard-rock music. He also does covers on other people's work. I mean, come on, don't you want to hear his cover on "Blitzcreig Bop"? You know you do! Other great covers as well! Kick ass! I haven't even gotten onto the DVD yet!

Ok, DVD. Music videos. This is where he tips the scales and makes the album really worth your money, even if you already have every single song on that album (Which is damn near impossible). The music videos? Really flashy, some of them are really cool, mostly flashy, weird, unexplainable, bright and flashy, and please don't watch them if your prone to seisures. The only downside is that the songs are in mono, so if your anal about the quality of your music, don't expect them from the DVD.

The case is really well done, (one of those custom-design cardbord ones) with pretty designs and a letter from Alice Cooper about how great Zombie is. The booklet is really cool, showing waaay too many pictures of Rob through the years, and other weird ass stuff.

The nice part about this album is that they bothered to put the movies and audio on two different discs, unlike that "dualdisc" crap, (that, in case you didn't know, can't be ripped, so you can't listen to any songs on your iPod, or whatever).

    Now, go buy it!!!
