Very rough operation of lock mechanism. Bottom shelf is almost unusable because of the position of locking mechanism. I attempted to contact the customer service dept. listed on the enclosed warranty sheet. The 1-800-number listed on the warranty
sheet referred me to a 10-10- number, which was a directory who
gave me the no. of Sisco. I received my phone bill today and found the directory charged me $5.98 to give me the Brinks customer service no. So what do you think of a manufacturer whogives you a phony 800 no. which refers you to an outfit which charges you $5.98 to give you their phone no.? This, along with a poorly designed, poor quality product. I will never buy anything
from Brinks again. I don't think too much of Amazon for dealing with Brinks. BTW I sent an e-mail to their customer service dept.
Of course I have never received an answer.
