The product is as described. The only thing I think should be improved is the hand weights/ barbells. The ends pop off regularly. Other than that, I am happy with the quality and usefulness of this product.

This set is at a very very low price and buying the items seperately thru the YMCA dealers is much higher that even the list price of this set! Belts alone cost over twenty dollars for the exact same purpose! The set comes with the swim belt (with extra webbing/buckle), a pair of small floating barbells, a pair of water resistance gloves, one laminated exercise sheet, one book filled with water exercise programs! I am planning to use my set all summer then use the belt back at the Y in the fall!
